Central to our desire to "pamper" you is Neena Pradhan, our resident hostess, whose sole job is to look after our guests. From welcoming them when they arrive, planning their activities, creating menus according to guest preference - with fresh bread, cakes and cookies baked on a daily basis, she is also there to sit with them in the afternoons and evenings and tell them stories about life on a tea plantation. She is after all, the perfect person to do this, having spent much of her married life on tea estates with her (now retired) Tea Planter husband Jivan Pradhan.
At some point during your stay you will also meet our charming Tea Estate manager, Sanjay Sharma, his wife Neilu and their gorgeous doggies Elsa, Sophie, Jimmy and Naughty. Sanjay is also our resident birding expert and fishing guide, so do catch hold of him for information or an interesting story in any of these areas, above and beyond of course, his expert knowledge on anything to do with tea! Neilu is also in charge of our Welfare Program and very much involved with looking after our guests along with Neena.
The Glenburn Staff are available round the clock, to help make your stay with us a comfortable one. Bells are located on most switchboards in the rooms and common areas.
